#90 - Noctis Point, Chapter 24
Ariadne unrolled her softscreen and thumbed it into life. It glowed faintly, turned down just enough so that she could take a look at the map again. The steady pulse of the tracking dart they were following was still several metres further on.
“This way,” she whispered, stuffing it back into the pouch at the small of her back. Sera looked around the corner, then slid out from the shadow, keeping herself pressed against the wall. Ariadne motioned for the third person in their reconnaissance party, Captain Desmond Bolo to go ahead, then followed on behind. In the black slicksuits they were almost unnoticeable...
Princess Ariadne, in her role as spymistress, finally gets some solid intel on the terrorist plot that festers in London. But things quickly turn sour as she comes face to face with their pet psych - someone Alex would know well to avoid.
